I'm a Cambridge, UK-based content designer and strategist.

My philosophy on content is centered on the absolute need for accessible and user-focused content, data-driven decision-making, collaboration and continuous improvement through research and analysis.

My passion for creating a just society where all individuals have equal opportunities, rights, and access to resources influences my approach to content strategy and shows in the work I put into creating inclusive digital spaces.
Content Strategy
I’ve defined and implemented data-driven content strategies for several organizations, including creating content plans, governance frameworks and guidelines for many types of content, including UX, blogs, podcasts, YouTube shows and documentation.

User Experience (UX) and Accessibility
As an accessibility expert, I've trained writers to create accessible UX copy and have performed large-scale accessibility audits and VPATs to ensure inclusive and user-friendly content. I am committed to meeting users where they are, and use user research and analytics to ensure I'm meeting this goal.

Team Leadership and Mentoring
My experience in leading employee resource groups, mentoring fellows and overseeing content teams demonstrates my ability to inspire and guide others in the field of content strategy. My emphasis on collaboration with designers, product managers, engineers and other team members further highlights my skills in stakeholder management.

Content Production and Editing
I have extensive experience in content production, including writing and editing copy for various platforms, such as websites, mobile apps, chatbots and digital products. From creating and maintaining content guidelines and style guides to managing writers and projects, my attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality content is present throughout all of my work.

Research and Analysis
My background in conducting content research, including heuristic evaluations, content audits, workshops, card sort studies, tree tests and A/B/n tests (to name a few!), showcases my analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive content decisions. I am well-versed in tools such as Figma and Google Analytics along with several other data management, SEO and information design tools.
